peer pressure (साथियों का दबाव)

How you overcome peer pressure 
Today in this blog we  not gonna talk about  peer pressure but also we discuss   as how we overcome this mental health issue  without medicines

In a research i got to know that over 90% of tinnager have this mental health issue 
In peer pressure child or teenager in ways with they are not comfortable it can cause teens to suffer from low self-esteem , anxiety ,and depression 

Teenagers also often feel very strong emotions ,leading to noticeable extreme in mood   

 it's also proven in a research that this disorder hits mostly to the children age group of 13 to 20 years 

And when we talk about india their is no awareness among these types of  mental health issue 

In india people just ignores these type of mental  health issue as normal stress 
And parents are just ignores by laughing and think of a this is cleverness of their child to not to go to school or some more 
But it can effect childern worsly and they hit very badly to their children mind 
Even online when i research about this mental health issue i found their is also not very much exposure on this mental health issue  

Enough of talk coming directly to the point that what is peer pressure 

a feeling that one must do the same things as other people of one's age and social group in order to be liked or respected by them.  And that is what peer pressure is 

there are  4 types of peer pressure  or what we call mental health issue 

Positive peer pressure 

Negative peer pressure 

Direct peer pressure

In direct peer pressure 

Spoken peer pressure 

As we all know peer pressure is not likely to found in grown up child  

To find out whether your child is suffering from this type mental health issue 

You do only few things mentioned below 

His behavior and attention to new things 

His friend circle  ( weither he got some few new friends 

If yes then keep your  eagle eyes on his activity such as their meeting point where they are playing .topics they are talking on 
What they eat how his behavior towards his old friends and new once

all these things can give you a better view  
Because most of the time i seen that tinnager getting peer pressure coming from their new friends and even from their old friends circle  

Third and most common thing. you Notice is that his interaction with you (as a parent ) becomes less involing and also his participation with other activities also less 

This all point and sign can give you an idea of your child if he or she is under peer pressure or not 

HOW TO OVERCOME THIS PEER PRESSURE WITHOUT MEDICINES AND DOCTOR 

As in this age. the children growing up and his mind too is becoming mature so what we can do 

First of all we don't have to panic because it's quit common and also we do have to handle this situation quit softly and with ease don't become too aggressive .if you too aggressive your children will never  face you

2 Second and most important thing you do is that As we all know that in every family their is one of your family member whom your child share all things  and his activities 

What you do is that you can  him to stay with your child this results in helping you out from this mental health issue .
 
3 thing you do is that you can plan a weekend holiday where you think that your child can easily cured 

This all practices can help your child to cure faster and without too much of Hassel

how music become our stress buster


How music helps us to relax
Today i  gonna talk about how music become our daily driver and how music effect our lives 

We all know that in this busy life style and stressed work we all gonna get to much stress from work. and to release this stress out from our mind . we do many activities and those activities become our hobbies.
 there many stress Buster's which helps us to release stress out of our body
 
Like some do travelling
 
Some of us go for long drives  

While majority of us listen to lot of music
 
There are lot of catagories in music like 

Some likes to listen English songs 

Some likes to listen regional songs
 
Some want sad song to listen
 
And if i catagories music there are enough categories where our  likes are be there . 

 It's not just a song or music beat which we listen but a whole new imagination we are living  in a song of 4 min to 5 min song .
Not just your imagination you also connect your life and find that song more amazing 
that you forget that you have any type of stress or peer pressure on your mind. or in your life. 
In a research paper they said that people who listen to music feel more relaxed then other people having same stress 

It is not just a stress buster but also it can also increase your understanding toward other people
Your behaviour and mood is also significantly better than others

Here are all the thing which can show that listen to music can make you fresh and relaxed 
But there are some of the disadvantages also 
Let's discuss disadvantages 
1. irritating that simply means that when you listen lot of music in day like 7to 8 hour having above 80% of volume  you find yourself frustrated and irritated it's not because you are stressed but because that music making you irritating to your ears and  mind
2. If your listen to music by using any earphones it can reduce your listing capacity

Are Quantitative traits are similar to the Polygenic trait??

Are Polygenic trait are similar to the Quantitative trait ???

When we talk about Polygenic trait they are kind of similar to Quantitative traits 
This can be proven by this simple way 

When we talk about quantitative trait. We simply known that they are also not following up the Mendal's law of inheritance. because Mendal in his law of inheritance states that genes has only two factors to shown as it can be Dominant or it can be Recessive. but when we talk about Polygenic trait or Quantitative trait their are may genes which can show intermediate 
Like some of the human 
.Eye colour 
.hair color
.skin color
Etc 
This all gene show intermediate 
And also their are some effect of climatic factor such as temperature and all these factor show some sort of variation 
And when the genes of (more than one ) can control one characteristic that is called as polygenic inheritance 

In Quantitative trait there are                                            in Polygenic trait there are also         
Influenced by multiple genes                                             influenced by multiple genes                                                        
No epistasis.                                                                        No epistasis
And also their are continious variability                         and their are continious variability         
At last we can simply say that Polygenic trait and Quantitative trait are kind of similar with each other in mostly all aspects
