how music become our stress buster


How music helps us to relax
Today i  gonna talk about how music become our daily driver and how music effect our lives 

We all know that in this busy life style and stressed work we all gonna get to much stress from work. and to release this stress out from our mind . we do many activities and those activities become our hobbies.
 there many stress Buster's which helps us to release stress out of our body
 
Like some do travelling
 
Some of us go for long drives  

While majority of us listen to lot of music
 
There are lot of catagories in music like 

Some likes to listen English songs 

Some likes to listen regional songs
 
Some want sad song to listen
 
And if i catagories music there are enough categories where our  likes are be there . 

 It's not just a song or music beat which we listen but a whole new imagination we are living  in a song of 4 min to 5 min song .
Not just your imagination you also connect your life and find that song more amazing 
that you forget that you have any type of stress or peer pressure on your mind. or in your life. 
In a research paper they said that people who listen to music feel more relaxed then other people having same stress 

It is not just a stress buster but also it can also increase your understanding toward other people
Your behaviour and mood is also significantly better than others

Here are all the thing which can show that listen to music can make you fresh and relaxed 
But there are some of the disadvantages also 
Let's discuss disadvantages 
1. irritating that simply means that when you listen lot of music in day like 7to 8 hour having above 80% of volume  you find yourself frustrated and irritated it's not because you are stressed but because that music making you irritating to your ears and  mind
2. If your listen to music by using any earphones it can reduce your listing capacity
