after laughing session this is the time to be serious for my new life . 

i open my mail . their are a lot of mails srom my x company hr and md of that company 

and their are some mail which are from my family 

it was looking strange for you all but this is truth 

when my left me alone . i started feel left out and beacuse of this i seperated with my family and friends and also with my job work. i start living alone and dark 

i change my number my home and my car also 

i block all my social media account except my mail 

i dont know why i dont block my mail also that time

i entered into whole new darkness of my life and adopt wine and beer with me 

i think when someone which was as important as my life left you out in greedy world .

and for living in this world you only need some of the cash and a bottle of wine everyday 

i start searching for invester for funds to start my own startup

because i was the executive manager in finance depeartment in my x company i know some of the few investers which i think can give me some help 

it was not a new startup as their are so much of competition in this business 

but i have a new type of idea and that idea was diffrent and give a lot new option in my new startup 

so i find some of the invester numbers 

i dialed some of them .but they dont give that much of satisfaction and some of them are not getting my idea 

they feel that this idea is flope and i should hangup that idea and start thinking about new ideas and a new startup

i was so disappointed and start thinking to drop my idea and start doing something new 

close my laptop and take a long breathe 

after 5 min i again i opened my laptop lid 

there is a new mail 

i opened my inbox and click on that mail 

in that mail there is a number and a message

THAT NUMBER was looking familiar for me and i think that i know that number 

so i called on that number

its been a year or more i never date a girl .

i put that frame on table and agin go for searching of my laptop charger. after 5 min of searching i find my laptop charger near my bed drawing table .it was not in good condition as their a lot of cuts on that wire of it .but beacuse their is only some cut i fixed that with black tape and went to living room and start charging my laptop 

aftr that i agin went to kitchen for completion of my left work their . after cleaning of kitchen i put all the unwanted trash into a polythene and put it outside my apartment . in that trsh their are lot of wine bottle there and some slices of old pizza and other trash then after i came to my bedroom and clean my bedroom 

the bedsheet was unchanged for a year and they looked as un hygiene as me 

i putoff that bedsheet from bed and went toward my almerah and on the floor their a lot of used condoms and packets of unsed condom 

in a year i do lot of night stands with those girl which i don't know about their names and someof them are even worse as don't remeber from where i picked them and where are they are from .

how selfish and despirated i was looking from your point of interset but that as iam after her death and i was so much of obsessed with my wife that every girl for is she and i was finding that vibes and touch from every girl i mste in club or their on the road and when i dont find that vibes on this girls i pushed them all from my body and said them to get lost 

in some of the night satnd i also got kicked ,slaps and their sandals on my faces 

i came out from my past incidents and again start my room cleaning 

after 4 to 5 hours i cleaned my apartment completely. now my appartement was looking like as it was looking few year back 

simplictic pretty and familiar also 

as familiar as it was looking when we both are living after marriage 

it was around 3 am midnight i locked my apartment and went back sit on my sofa and put my laptop on that table in front of me. 

i turn on my laptop. after few second i was there on my home screen of my laptop and their a wallpaper is their of me and my wife with handcuffs in her hand. i laugh a lot when i saw that wallpaper 

i never forget that memories  and that incident. because at that day we saw that movie which i remember was FIFTY SHADES OF GREY. in that movie their is a scene where they use that handcuffs to do rough sex a nd after that her mind was like i have to do this thing now so we went down to a adult store and purchase that handcuffs and went back to room . and then she take a selfie of it and said to me that whenever you see this picture you always LAUGHING ON THAT PHOTO

BEGINNING OF HAPPINESS'

 AFTER A LONG TIME I REALISED THAT HOW IMORTANT IS THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR US AS THEY PLAY A MOJOR ROLE IN OUR HAPPINESS OUR MOOD AND OUR RELATIONSHIP 

i even dont know as when i meet my friends and family last time and also when i make my last friend as my best friend 

how much i was alone and depressed without friends 

no family no job no work nothing was happening in my life for last 1 year and now my money is also flow out 

just 30k a car and a apartment that's it '

now i really think i should leave all things a side and start  a new carrer 

should i do startup that is the first through which comes in my mind but another side of my mind there is also a through that how i start my start by having just 30k in my account and no people in my life 

as i think all of this her friend came out from icu 

i think she was relax and calm she come to me and said sorry 

sorry for what     i said 

sorry for mis behave with you i dont know that you help my friend and take her to this hospital   

oh thats my duty to help her . now how is she . is she is all right    i said 

yeah now she is out of danger you can also meet her     she said 

no no that's alright i will meet her next day giver her some rest for some time    i said 

okk as your wish .. i think you are tired now take some rest at home  she said 

i stood up from the chair and after saying good night to her i moved out from the hospital 

as my car was breakdown i ordered a cab from the hospital to apartment  but in app it was showing alomost 15 min to arrive at hospital i saw there a vacant chair .i moved toward that chair and sit there the thoughts are again again coming in my mind about my new opportunity new life 

after 15 min my cab arrived  i sit  d ride toward my home . after 10 min driver said sir you have arrived to your destination . at that time i was sleeping in cab because of the injection that doctor inject in my body was very strong so i was feeling sleepy and tired as driver speak i waked up and said how much for the ride 

200 rs sir .i take out wallet and him the money and come out from the cab ..

 everything is not so easy and not so soft to do they need effot and hardwork and both this doesn't belong to mine at that time . 

i think i need a sleep and wait for the next day to start but my heart i dont know what was going on that time but it say that you can start your day today and now and dont have to wait for the next day 

i open the door of my room and finding my laptop that time i was so much of hurry and so much of despriated as without laptop i dont live and definatly i will die right now . after 3minute of workout in my apartment i found my laptop in bathroom shelf with a connected headphone connected to my laptop and a incognito tab opened in my laptop i dont know hen i left my laptop in bathroom eith a incognito tab opened  i take my laptop from their and went to my galley of my apartment . in my drawing room was a mess . i dont find any of the palce where i place my laptop and start my work . there is bottles of beers and pizza boxes everywhere . so i decided to first clean up my mess and then satrt my work for the next project i moved outside of my apartment for finding he finding of browm at the end i found a browm . i was such a dumb guy that time that i don't know how to use that browm for cleaning of my apartment but any how i definatly want to clean my apartment that night only so i took that browm and went to my apartment and start cleaning my apartment as soon as possible . so i start my cleaning from the very important part of my apartment and that is my kitchen. i went their and start cleaning my utensils first their is so much of utensil their that my find very dificult to clean but i have to clean my apartment and it was already  very late . after utensil cleaning went back to the living room and think about charging my laptop because i think i should charge my laptop  a little bit for the working of laptop so i start find my laptop charger here and there but i didn't find my laptop charger so i start finding my charger a little with my style so i went to my bedroom and look down the bed and start searching my laptop charger their but at last i find a photo frame of her .

how beautiful she was looking in that photo holding her engagement ring in her hand knee down and propose me 

what a beautiful moments that was when she was purposing me and her word was WILL YOU MARRY ME MR CEO! 

AND I WAS AT THAT TIME WAS SO MUCH OF CONFUSED AS WHAT I SAY NOW

After one hours of effort we finally reach to our destination ..hospital

 

Iwas so much in tension and depressed and other side iwas injured and broken up with right leg but without knowing of my pain I was just running side along  the wheelchair and then stopped by a nurse I was full of anger and as so much pissed of that time .

As I walked toward the reception for completing the docoument and formalities suddenly a guy come toward me . must be a nurse of that hospital . he asked to me as I am a injured man that time but he is right beacuse at that time I don’t feel any pain but ia was havin some kind of fracture in my right leg and also blood was coming out from my head

 

He came to me and told . you have to came with us fo bandages and firstaid

I told them that that I don’t need that but when they inforced me to come with them. I with blood coming out from my head had to go with them . they take me to a room where lot of bandages and stuff of first aid is their.. they asked me to lie down on the bed and relax..

 Relax!! this word is where I relalize how much today happened along with that girl also .what she think to do of full night and was happend that night

After 5 mintues of thinking I heard a voice . I opened my eyes and stud up from the bed. Hat boy told me. Sir your bandage is done but before that I want to warn you that you have to be careful with your leg as it was having minor fracture and also with your head as their is 7 stiches

 

I thanks them and come out from that dispencery room and walked toward the ICU after that from peeping window of that ICU I saw that inocent girl was in pain and hanging her life between life and DEATH

 

It was such a sad thing for me to saw her in that condition . After watching her for a while I sit down the side chair and praying for her and then suddenly a conversation hit in my mind about that call which I called must be her friend I take out her phone from my pocket and called agian to that number which was in recent dial but that number was switch off . I don’t know what happend to her friend that she is switching of her phone .

 

AFTER 2HOURS doctor came out from the ICU I stand up and asked them about her condition after completion of their talking they answered

 

She is now out danger don’t you have to take her tension after some time when she is her senses you can talk with her and meet her

I didn't answer her and start to move towards my park car .. and when I opened my door she said hey you don't know first you have open the door for your co passenger and if the co passenger is a girl you have to come to her and make her door open and ask her to seat. 

ohh really.  but I don't do this for you and then we both seat in car. How rude you are. YEs Iam 

but where are are going .. Where no one distrub us . Oh really you know that kind of place where know one will distrub  us . yes I know and I started my car and left that place

after 15 minute

smoke is coming around from car. no light spark sound is also coming from the car. when I see around I saw blood. my vision is not as clear but I saw that girl. her head is bleeding, her hands are also injured. and she was not in her sense 

I fastly remove my seat belt and open my side door and turn toward her side but as I turn toward her side I was unable to go because my left leg was broken. and that highway was as empty as hell. any how I go towards her and open her stuck door 

when I open that door I saw that her head was as bleeding as hell. i fastly remove her seat belt and very poorly I escape her out from car. but her condition was looking serious so I taken out my phone from my pocket and called some of my contacts and some emergency lines but no pickup my call 

at that time I think I defiantly loose her . after a minute phone rings .. and that ring was coming from the car . I moved around to attend the call .. that ring was coming from her phone .. With a hurry I picked that call . where are you AVVANI it's been 1day you are out from room damm it 

hey hey listen I want your help .. 

who are you she said 

this is not that time for knowing each other we just done with a bad accident and your friend AVVANI is in serious condition can you come on highway  we are nearby boundary of Delhi toward  Haryana state.. hey are you listening please come fast as soon as possible I will be sending my live location to you please come fast .............

and a sudden I think I was out from a bad dream I stopped my car outside a club where we both likely to spend a lot of time. past days we both are the precious members of that pub. and today I am just a outsider who want only complementary wine and a one night stand. nothing more than that. today there is so much crowd outside and inside of that pub because today is saturady. and a lot of colleges student come their and hangout themself. it is just their Adeline rush and their ego to spend a lot of money in this pub. as I know the owner of this pub supplies drugs and weed. which is the first priority of youths. they spend a lot on this types of activites. not just that in my past when I was a student of a college I also spend a lot for this bad activites. it was so much of fun those days that if some one told me to dance for 50 minutes nude and after that he will give me to shots of weed I will defiantly do this. but now when I saw them doing same. I think that what helerious ththese guys are doing today. and after that I turn towards the entrance of the pub. and their i see a lot of crowd waiting for entrance. I without showing my pass as just entering in pub a sudden voice came from that crowd 'hey you blue shirt  fucking uncle why are you breaking the queue. you don't know that we all are waiting for the entrance to be open motherfucker! I turn around and saw. he was a 20 year old guy whoo just come into life after adolescence . with him a beautiful/ hot girl standing holding that guy hand must be his girlfriend. I step towards him for giving him a fucking answer in his tone and language. I wear out my coat and tighten my hand and said what are you saying little boy. 

who the fuck saying me little boy motherfucker you don't know me right! and you also don't know who is my father right he said 

I smiled and ask who are you 

before he speak I punch him on his face the crowd acme in attention .and that boy who got punch on his face sleep on the floor for sometime. but I was not interested in punching of his face,. but I am interested in his girlfriend 

after that guard came for handle the crowd and a guard come to me a new said please come inside sir we will handle all of that. and before I turn around toward the entrance of pub I wear my coat and saw his girlfriend and offered her to come inside the pub and join me for today night. I think she will refuse but she quickly take my offer and leave that guy by saying losser 

and we both enters in the pub after  entering the pub I saw a lot of crowd their dancing talking drinking wine smoking weeds . high music and mood lights make that pub more moody . I don't know about anyone but I like a pub that way as it is today. but I don't know about her. when I looked on her I saw she was look like she got scared of seeing I environment of pub. I move my head toward her right ear and said are you alright 

yeaaaah I am alright  She said 

today is your first time here I said to her and she replied yes and because of that I am little bit of scared. lets go their seat are vacant and she said ok 

we both move towards the vacant seat and seat their for while. after that I offered her for some drinks and she refuse to drink. I don't know why but we was looking so much cute when I see her closely her hairs hard looks like she highlight her hairs with the shade of red and her jaw line is as perfect as I never seen a girl like her and her eyes .. oh my god they are looking like she wears a lens having shade of blue. she wears a top of purple colour and and a denim tattered  jeans below that top and a sudden music stops because of some idiot boys fighting 

she was looking more scared now she come close and told I want to leave this place as she is so much scared she told me to drop her outside the pub and then she will take cab 

we both stand-up had moving towards the exit of the pub gate.

How you overcome peer pressure 

Today in this blog we  not gonna talk about  peer pressure but also we discuss   as how we overcome this mental health issue  without medicines

In a research i got to know that over 90% of tinnager have this mental health issue 

In peer pressure child or teenager in ways with they are not comfortable it can cause teens to suffer from low self-esteem , anxiety ,and depression 

Teenagers also often feel very strong emotions ,leading to noticeable extreme in mood   

 it's also proven in a research that this disorder hits mostly to the children age group of 13 to 20 years 

And when we talk about india their is no awareness among these types of  mental health issue 

In india people just ignores these type of mental  health issue as normal stress 

And parents are just ignores by laughing and think of a this is cleverness of their child to not to go to school or some more 

But it can effect childern worsly and they hit very badly to their children mind 

Even online when i research about this mental health issue i found their is also not very much exposure on this mental health issue  

Enough of talk coming directly to the point that what is peer pressure 

a feeling that one must do the same things as other people of one's age and social group in order to be liked or respected by them.  And that is what peer pressure is 

there are  4 types of peer pressure  or what we call mental health issue 

Positive peer pressure 

Negative peer pressure 

Direct peer pressure

In direct peer pressure 

Spoken peer pressure 

As we all know peer pressure is not likely to found in grown up child  

To find out whether your child is suffering from this type mental health issue 

You do only few things mentioned below 

His behavior and attention to new things 

His friend circle  ( weither he got some few new friends 

If yes then keep your  eagle eyes on his activity such as their meeting point where they are playing .topics they are talking on 

What they eat how his behavior towards his old friends and new once

all these things can give you a better view  

Because most of the time i seen that tinnager getting peer pressure coming from their new friends and even from their old friends circle  

Third and most common thing. you Notice is that his interaction with you (as a parent ) becomes less involing and also his participation with other activities also less 

This all point and sign can give you an idea of your child if he or she is under peer pressure or not 

HOW TO OVERCOME THIS PEER PRESSURE WITHOUT MEDICINES AND DOCTOR 

As in this age. the children growing up and his mind too is becoming mature so what we can do 

First of all we don't have to panic because it's quit common and also we do have to handle this situation quit softly and with ease don't become too aggressive .if you too aggressive your children will never  face you

2 Second and most important thing you do is that As we all know that in every family their is one of your family member whom your child share all things  and his activities 

What you do is that you can  him to stay with your child this results in helping you out from this mental health issue .

 

3 thing you do is that you can plan a weekend holiday where you think that your child can easily cured 

This all practices can help your child to cure faster and without too much of Hassel

And if i catagories music there are enough categories where our  likes are be there . 

 It's not just a song or music beat which we listen but a whole new imagination we are living  in a song of 4 min to 5 min song .

Not just your imagination you also connect your life and find that song more amazing 

that you forget that you have any type of stress or peer pressure on your mind. or in your life. 

In a research paper they said that people who listen to music feel more relaxed then other people having same stress 

It is not just a stress buster but also it can also increase your understanding toward other people

Your behaviour and mood is also significantly better than others

Here are all the thing which can show that listen to music can make you fresh and relaxed 

But there are some of the disadvantages also 

Let's discuss disadvantages 

1. irritating that simply means that when you listen lot of music in day like 7to 8 hour having above 80% of volume  you find yourself frustrated and irritated it's not because you are stressed but because that music making you irritating to your ears and  mind

2. If your listen to music by using any earphones it can reduce your listing capacity

Are Polygenic trait are similar to the Quantitative trait ???

When we talk about Polygenic trait they are kind of similar to Quantitative traits 

This can be proven by this simple way 

When we talk about quantitative trait. We simply known that they are also not following up the Mendal's law of inheritance. because Mendal in his law of inheritance states that genes has only two factors to shown as it can be Dominant or it can be Recessive. but when we talk about Polygenic trait or Quantitative trait their are may genes which can show intermediate 

Like some of the human 

.Eye colour 

.hair color

.skin color

Etc 

This all gene show intermediate 

And also their are some effect of climatic factor such as temperature and all these factor show some sort of variation 

And when the genes of (more than one ) can control one characteristic that is called as polygenic inheritance 

In Quantitative trait there are                                            in Polygenic trait there are also

And also their are continious variability                         and their are continious variability         

At last we can simply say that Polygenic trait and Quantitative trait are kind of similar with each other in mostly all aspects
